SWASHBUCKLE!

This week’s topic was Swashbuckler and despite the demands of proper work, we were still able to round up a good number of submissions. The 4×6 cards have largely been ignored. Only a few have turned in submissions on the cards, the rest of the people are wild anarchists! So I think next week we might lose the 4×6 suggestion all together.

First we have our Programmer Ben Kammer’s Musketeer.

These are from illustrator Cory Godbey. One is the ghost of Robin Hood and the other is a portly Musketeer.

From the creator of “Six Big Ones” comes “One Big One.” This contribution is Aaron Greene’s. He’s our IT guy and Sound Engineer.

These are from our intern Hallie. Apparently the sword is mightier than the bouquet.

This one is mine. I’m recovering a little from being sick and I pretty much want to go home and go to bed. I think some of that crept into the drawing of this poor guy. He’s having a bad day at the swashbuckling office.

Here’s one from illustrator Chris Koelle. It cracks me up.

And here’s one from Justin. This girl is a looker, and apparently she swashbuckles with enough finesse to keep her manicure in tact.

And last of all, a mini-game from Mark, our lead interactive developer. Collect that booty! I should also let you know that the more money you get, the bigger the bag grows and the harder it is to escape the trouble. There’s a moral.

Well that’s all for this week. Actually, it might not be all. I just bought some new inks and I want to do a piece with Zorro. I might sneak it in this weekend, and if there are any other stragglers I’ll slip them in as well. Thanks, have a good weekend.
