Moving Day

Today we were able to move most of the heavier items over to our new office. This past weekend and today I was excited to let everyone at work know that we all have brand new desks. A friend of mine, Chris Hartzler, as well as several of the guys in the office were in on the surprise, since we worked together to build the desks, but it was great to let everyone else know today. Each desk is built to be a 9×7 ft. L-shaped desk made from standard doors (yes, doors), and sawhorses cut from rough 2×4’s. We’ve built 17 of these desks, so there are a couple extras that will be available as we grow. I’m writing this post kicked back on a old couch that a friend of ours gave us, in our new smaller 9×16 “idea room”. Not sure what to really call this room yet, but we’re taking suggestions. Though I’m tired from a good long day of moving, and drilling, and staining, I’m mainly very thankful right now. Thankful that we were able to find this new location. Thankful for the other team members here who work so hard. Thankful for a good AC unit. Thankful for God’s good provision to us though we don’t deserve it.
